I said two weeks and would you believe it? It's actually done on schedule! Heroine Rises Chapter 9 is done and ready to read in full!

This is the second part of Chapter 9: Dangers of Serenity. I struggled with getting the first part done in a reasonable time frame but I pushed myself to stay consistent and push out a page a day. Bar the two Saturdays where I take a break, I worked every day and produced one page. It was rough but it feels great to be done!
What's Next? Hiatus and Chapter 10
Now, it's time for a break. Don't worry, it's only a week. I'm going to relax a bit and get everything ready for Chapter 10, which is titled The Butterfly Child. Once I take a week, I'll see if I can get it done in 2-3 weeks. Don't worry, Dangers of Serenity took forever because it was the first chapter that had real dynamic movement and the longest chapter in terms of pages yet.
The Butterfly Child won't be as long as this one - so I'm expecting it to take 3 weeks to be done - 2 weeks if I manage to really churn out lots of pages but don't hold your breath for 2.
During the hiatus, I'll keep drawing and posting on Instagram (so follow if you havent!) and working on some other art I've been wanting to make.
Enjoy Chapter 9 and I'll see you in a few weeks to update you on the next chapter in Madeline's story!
Stay tuned!
